1. No Cancellation Policy

The Indian Startup Championship (ISC), organized by IDIGITALPRENEUR PVT. LTD., follows a strict no-cancellation policy. Once a participant has successfully registered for the event, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All fees paid for registration, participation, or any associated services with ISC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after registration.
• Inability to attend the examination for personal reasons.
• Technical issues from the participant’s end, including device failure or internet disruptions.
• Scheduling conflicts or any other personal circumstances.

3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by ISC

In rare cases, if the event is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, legal restrictions, or technical issues on ISC’s end), ISC may, at its sole discretion:

• Reschedule the examination to a new date with prior notification.
• Provide credits for future ISC events, subject to approval.
• No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Transfer of Registration

Registrations for ISC are non-transferable. If a participant is unable to attend, their registration cannot be transferred to another individual.

5. Responsibility of the Participant

Participants are responsible for ensuring:

• They meet all technical requirements for the online examination.
• They are available on the scheduled date and time.
• They have carefully reviewed the event details before registering.

6. Policy Updates

IDIGITALPRENEUR PVT. LTD. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in ISC implies acceptance of any changes
